* Parish Mission 2011
BEHOLD THE LAMB OF GOD: The Pascal Mystery in St. John,
with Fr. Robert Sprott, OFM

THURSDAYS DURING LENT
Mar. 24-St. Mary of Perpetual Help Chapel at DLS for Girls HS
Mar. 31-St. Barbara Church
April 7-SMPH Chapel at DLS for Girls HS

John, the Lord's beloved disciple, authored the fourth gospel, three epistles, and the Book of Revelation (The Apocalypse). In this three-part Lenten program we will follow John's lead and learn to listen to what he tells us about Jesus, the Lamb of God, who was slain and raised up so that sins would be forgiven and the world would be renewed. Although we will hear from all of John's writings, we will focus on his gospel, for John's Passion is always read on Good Friday and his Resurrection account is always read on Easter Sunday.

All are welcome to deepen their faith and understanding of the Lord in this year's Mission.
