DEEP RIVER WATER PARK

Bigger, Better, & Wetter for 2010

3:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Cost: $32 (includes both admission and transportation)

This event is sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago Youth Ministry, and St. Barbara will be joining in the fun. Trip is open to anyone in 8th grade through high school, including the graduation Class of 2010 and the 8th grade Class of 2011.

DEEP RIVER WATERPARK (http://www.deepriverwaterpark.com) in Crown Point, IN has doubled the size of the park: adding a double dueling cannon bowl ride (the only one in the WORLD) and a new action river ride with all sorts of things. The park also has: 2 body slides (the “Pipeline Express” and the “Slidewinder”), one regular tube slide (the “Whitewater Run”), The Dragon Speed Slide Complex, Sand beach volleyball, Lazy River Ride, Tidal Wave Pool, Tidal Wave, Arcade, Bath House and Lockers. The water is heated. A DJ will be playing throughout the evening.

St. Barbara has chartered a bus for this trip to Crown Point, Indiana. Registration/Permission forms are available in the back of Church, at the rectory, or can be downloaded.

Deadline is Friday, June 25, so don’t delay. Questions? Fr. Dennis. Adult chaperones who are Virtus Trained are welcome and needed.
